Pelco, a Clovis-based manufacturer of video security and surveillance equipment, has acquired Crockett International, a security sales and support company serving Asia and Latin America.
Crockett International, based in Austin, Texas, has been an independent manufacturer's representative selling and supporting Pelco products for 15 years. The acquisition positions Pelco for improving the efficiency of its international marketing and sales in both Asia and Latin America. A sales price for the deal was not announced. Pelco Inc. is owned by Schneider Electric, headquartered in France.
